Our concise menu: sumptuous fare
We do not believe in providing elaborate menus that do not live up to the expectations of our customer. Instead, we focus on few dishes but each one of them is a rare treat both visually and in terms of gustatory delight. Some of our popular dishes include the carrot cumin salad which is a spicy combination of succulent carrot, potato laced with cumin.
The Bastilla is another favorite which combines mild spicy chicken shredded and topped with roasted almonds and coated with sugar and cinnamon. The unusual combination of spice, sweet and crispy almonds makes this an unforgettable dish! Our phyllo dough cigars are another firm favorite and they have a crusty exterior and inside the filling comprises spicy beef minced finely. Our Harira soup is also great and combines an assortment of vegetables, lentils and beans complete with enjoyable cinnamon and ginger aromas in the soup.
One of the best dishes our chef Adil Nadir prepares is the lamb tagine with prunes. This classic dish has a complex sauce that has a sweet and spicy edge to it. The prunes in the dish lend it a sticky sweet taste and the spices like ginger, cinnamon, onion and cilantro make this a unique tasting dish. The succulent pieces of tender lamb literally melt in your mouth as you enjoy a mouthful of this Moroccan dish. We serve our lamb tagines with classic crusty bread or even Rice if requested. If this was not enough, the tagine is topped off with crunchy toasted sesame and almonds giving it an added punch and aroma!
Our fish tagine is also equally popular and has a fantastic sauce made from olive oil and laced with lemon, paprika, dried herbs garlic and many other spices. The beautiful, fluffy saffron rice that accompanies this classic fish tagine will romance your senses.
Finally, when it comes to dessert we have a lovely orange blossom creme brulee which will tease and seduce your senses and melt in your mouth! The lingering tastes of orange and the creme all combine to make a veritable and fitting dessert!
